It has been a while since my last blog and I thank you for being so patient. We are moving house and today my wife called two removal companies listed in the Yellow Pages. As most of us call three companies and choose the cheapest, my wife stopped at two and went for the most expensive. When I asked her why? she replied ” he had a good attitude and was more pleasant and helpful than the other company!
That was good enough for me. Price is nowhere as important as a positive first impression and attitude was the deciding factor. I would like you to read one of my blogs about good customer service and leave a comment about a customer service experience you have had recently.
